Finch Files Media Ltd currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Delivery charge
UK delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.95 per order, regardless of the number of eligible items purchased in the same order.
Order fulfilment
Our merchandise is produced, packed and dispatched on our behalf by our UK fulfilment partner, Merch Network Limited.
Many of our products are printed to order. Please allow time for your order to be produced before dispatch.
Delivery times
We aim for orders to be delivered within 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by production requirements, courier delays, bank holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you using the details provided when you placed your order.
Tracking
Where tracking information is available, this will be provided after your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect delivery information
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at info@finchfiles.co.uk.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or been dispatched.
Damaged, missing or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact info@finchfiles.co.uk with your order number and details of the problem.
We will investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.
Returns
For information about returning an item, please see our Return and Refund Policy.
International delivery
We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom only. International delivery may be introduced in the future.
That reflects the setup we've actually created: £3.95 per order, UK-only, Merch Network fulfilment and a 3–5 business-day delivery target.
One thing I particularly like here is saying “aim for” 3–5 business days, rather than guaranteeing it. These are printed-to-order garments, so we don't want to accidentally create an absolute contractual promise that Neal must get every order through the customer's door within five working days.
